Do we have to qualify for the competition?

NOPE!  Just get yourself and two other friends, pay to enter and you’re in! But please remember, tickets are first come first served.


How long will the competition last?

The doors will open at 0830 and the event will be wrapped up by 1700 on both days


How much is the competition?

2019 Tickets Prices: £220*

*Plus booking fee

Can we change team members?

Yes, we will need to be notified of any changes so that we can amend our waivers and update our lists for the athlete boards that you’ll receive on the day.


Can we change our team name?

Yes, but there will be a deadline for this.

Can I sell our team place if we can’t make the event?

Yes you can, if you want to sell your ticket once you’ve purchased it then that's fine.  All ticket purchases from us are final and no refunds will be given.  It will be the responsibility of the new team to notify us of the change to any team name and members.

Does the venue have changing facilities?

Yes there are male and female changing facilities with showers and lockers.

How do I know if I’ll be able to complete all the workouts?

The competition is designed to allow novice to experienced competitors have a great day. Take a look at our recommended workouts to practice once you’ve signed up.


How can I sign up to volunteer?

What do I get if I volunteer to judge?

We believe an event is only as good as the people who power it, so the people we select to judge and help out will be rewarded for giving up their time.
